The Chicago Smoothie

When it gets cold in the winter, I still make smoothies - just heartier ones! This smoothie is named after my home city and is packed full of nutrient-dense ingredients that are sure to give you the energy you need for a grueling soccer game or practice. It also makes a terrific post-game snack! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Old fashioned or rolled oats
1 banana
Milk (or dairy-free beverage of choice)
A little yogurt
Chia seeds
